Christmas packaging inspiration
It may seem a bit early to mention the C-word but as a lot of our clients have been processing orders for their Christmas packaging we thought it was only right to give you the heads up.
We’ve gathered some previous seasonal packaging examples to give you some festive inspiration and some tips to help you in the run up to peak season.
Other Christmas-based packaging concepts we can help you with include custom promotional cartons and neck tags for wines and spirits, Christmas gift packs and point of sale packaging and of course special Christmas editions such as seasonal designs for your subscription boxes.
Advent calendars
When it comes to the contents, chocolate is now not the only option for advent calendars so if you have a concept you’d like to get into production we can help you design a practical calendar which works efficiently from a fulfilment perspective and has an eye-catching design which delights throughout December!
Advent calendars don’t have to follow the usual format, send us your brief and our carton designers can offer suggestions on creative structures.
Christmas designs of gift packs and mailers can be printed at the same time as other seasonal or standard designs to take advantage of lower unit costs. If you have Christmas artwork for your existing packaging design you can tag it on to your next production run to boost the quantity. Speak to one of our experts to learn more.
Too early for Christmas?
If you have a concept you would like to produce for Christmas it is never too early to get in touch and talk about packaging designs and timelines, especially if your design looks to incorporate popular seasonal finishes such as silver and gold foiling.
Avoid the rush
If you’ve got a great idea for Christmas make sure you leave plenty of time for packaging production so you can get your goods on the shelves as early as possible. Material and schedules get booked up very fast in the run up to the festive season and packaging make up and product fulfilment time are important considerations to factor in to any seasonal packaging orders to avoid a mad rush pre-Christmas.
